I’ve kept all pricing the same too. 
The fees are similar to here, depending on the £ to $ exchange.
Over there it’s $0.20 to list an item and at the moment that’s about 14p. When you make a sale, you will be charged a transaction fee (commission) of 3.5% of the item price.
Here it’s 18p to list and 6%commission per sale
