Large heart header on my listings?

I have a large (full screen size) black heart appearing at the top of my individual items. I have to scroll past this to find the details of my listings. Weird. Anyone else seeing this. I’m using my laptop. @Folksyadmin

I had that once - refresh your screen and it will probably go away.

Thanks Helen. I’ve logged out and back in, still there. I’ll see if its still there this evening when I’m back home. It’s a bit annoying as my social links are showing the heart, which fills the screen. Hope it is just my laptop and this isn’t happening to anyone else viewing my items,

Could you screenshot what you are seeing and share here so that we can take a look.

Try the usual trick of clearing cookies. Also see if it is ok on a different browser.

I had a large heart appear yesterday when I was trying to ‘like’ a couple of listings. I would click on the little heart in the listing and then the page would show a large black heart which filled the screen, but when I refeshed the page it went.

I had this last week on my iPad, when I cleared my history it went.

Thanks everyone. Back to normal now. It was quite alarming.

I’ve had it appear occasionally, but seems to vanish after a while. One of the mysteries of cyberspace?

Now I’m getting frustrated. When I leave the site for a while and then go back the heart has gone. But if I look at one item and then look at more the heart is back. It’s something to do with this new heading Folksy have put on the top of all listings. Will report to Folksy.

Worth noting that 50% of the time my listings come up in two stages .

  1. With the quantity etc on top .. quickly flashes to …
  2. With photo on top and quantity below

Yes that’s it! And it only appears when viewing a listing directly from my shop. If I view an item from my dashboard it doesn’t appear.

I had this happening too, but when I hit refresh the page loads as it should.

Hopefully Folksy admin will sort it out soon,
