add all information in an photos go to review say folksy broken

Someone else said that they were having problems adding photos yesterday.
it is completing entering new listing all details, then it goes to review and keeps telling me it is broken
Yup, I’m having this problem today - it just sits there, little wheel going round and round next to the saving tab.
I’ve tried other browser pages, and another computer - still happening. and today is 22nd October 2017 so the problem has not been fixed from August 7, or has happened again.
