Yesterday I made my 50th sale, I know in part this is down to the sale / reduction in prices. While I am happy to have finally made my 50th sale, the reduction in prices does mean I’m only just over breaking even after all the PayPal fees, sellers fees and plus account fees.
That being said I am leaving the sale / reduced prices in place for a few more weeks, while I see how my hands recovery goes.
Well done. All your effort and hard work has brought reward. I think I started on Follsy at a similar time to you, but I have only made one sale!!! I know you have been making things constantly, adding things every day, whilst it tales me a couple of weeks to make something new, so cant really compare ! But I can admit to being a teensy bit jealous!!! Well done though, you deserve it, and hopefully can soon start selling more at full price.
Thank you, however I don’t think you would be even a tiny bit jealous if you knew home many hours I had to put in to achieve those 50 sales and the toll it has taken on my hands.
While my hands are improving they are not yet back to what they were, so I am not able to make anything just yet. Hoping a few more days rest might mean I can start creating again all be it at a slower pace as the pace I did set myself isn’t sustainable.
Well done Sue. I hope the hands start to feel better, I know what it’s like to push and push until you can’t do anymore, rest may hopefully be the answer. Lovely to hear you reached 50 sales and well deserved, hopefully not long until the next 50 x
Thank you Debby, today my hands feel much better so I have put an end date on my shop sale of 7th December because by then I hope my hands will be sufficiently recovered to allow me to fully craft again.
