In 2019 I have some exciting plans which mean I desperately need to make some room in my studio (more to be revealed at end of year).
To move some existing stock, I don’t really have the margins to be able to offer sales or discounts ordinarily, but I am happy to give better prices if people buy more than one item.
So as I want to clear out some stock, I thought I would try out a ‘multi buy’ and have started with my textile keyrings. These would make great teachers thank you gifts or small gifts/ stocking fillers.
What do you think - is the price discount ‘enough’ to warrant a multi buy??? I’d be interested in hearing about your experiences of this approach.
