My First Order! (and a plea to Folksys' Teccy Dept people!)

So please that I’ve had my first order! Yippppeeee!!!..

However, may I make a plea to Folksy?..Ebay and Etsy have lovely Apps which are great for quick reference and also let me know when a sale comes through with a fab ‘Kerching’ of a cash register!..I like to send a message to all my customers the second they order just to say ‘Thank you’ but instead I just got an obscure PayPal notification which I stumbled upon (thankfully only a couple of hours after the sale)…Please lovely Folksy Peeps, are there any plans for these tinsy winsy additions that would make the selling experience much better and mean we can give our Folksy customers Top Notch service!!!..

You mean you didn’t get a sales notification? They are a standard thing, but sometimes end up in the spam folder of your email box. Usually it’s a sales notification from Folksy that comes first, followed by the Paypal notification.

You should receive two Folksy e-mails - the first to confirm the order and the second to confirm the payment - as well as the paypal notification. The initial Folksy e-mail usually arrives very quickly (but without the kerching!) so do check your spam folder and add Folksy to your approved list of senders so they don’t get lost again.

How long was it until your first order if you do not mind me asking?

I suppose the thing I was getting at is that working quickly via a phone App is much easier - Perhaps I should be more disciplined and be more Laptop driven!! Lol!
