Hi everyone,
Can some of the more seasoned members instruct me on how to get to the end of an extremely long thread relatively quickly e.g. have you got any blues?
I’m control, page down’ing like no tomorrow and never get to the end. Am I just thick or what?
On my phone there is a blue number in the bottom right. I click on that. Then there is a blue sliding thing, that you can slide down to the bottom, to the last post. Not sure if it us the same on all phones, or if it us the same on lap tops, tablets, iphones etc.
If you look at the bottom right corner of the thread you should see a xxx/yyy in a box to indicate which post you are looking at/how many there are. If you press / click on that it opens up a box which has a ‘jump to’ option - if you enter the number of the last post (the yyy number) it will take you to that post.
(Give me a minute and I’ll get a screenshot which should make more sense)

So I pressed the 3/3 at the bottom of this thread then ‘jump to’ and that was the box that appeared, to get to the last post I’d need to put 3 in the box.
(Hopefully that makes some sort of sense, I’m on an android phone not sure if it would work on a computer or apple device)
Thats the same as I was trying to explain, though i have never seen the " jump to" box!!! Ive have always just slid the slider down to the bottom ie to the number of the final post. You learn something new every day on here!
I just click in the slider and drag it to the bottom it then takes me to the last post. I’M on android tablet

On the laptop I have the blue sliding line others have mentioned. At the bottom is a time of the last post, in this case 16hr ago, I just click on that number and it takes me to the last post, if that helps.
