Need help with redesiging ring into necklace/bracelet

Purchased a ring 4 months ago that has become damaged - shop purchased from won’t do anything :frowning: well known high street jewellers

I was looking to get it redesigned into either a necklace or a bracelet

It’s a blue topaz and diamond ring and will happily send pictures etc

If anyone could help I would appreciate it :slight_smile:
