Can you help me please, jewellers?

Can anybody help repair a silver marcasite ring.
It is a 1930’s ring that I saw in a second hand shop just after I had finished my radiotherapy; I didn’t want my husband spending a fortune on our siver wedding anniversary.
I have worn it every day for 21 year, but a small diddy stone then the middle stone fell out in the past week.
Is there anyone that can help repair it, the marcasite is pale in colour, the middle stone is slightly bigger than the other stone.

I may have some very old Marcasite I can have a look for you, but I’m not able to repair the actual ring.

I can get modern marcasites (they might be a bit more shiny and crisp compared to yours) in a range of sizes so I’m sure I could get ones that fit. However I do look at the ring and worry about the amount of wear on all the remaining claws holding the other stones in and wonder if all the claws need replacing to ensure that you don’t loose other stones after the missing 2 have been replaced.

@SueTrevor thank you for replying, I would love to say yes to old stones but if
@SashaGarrett will be able to get a good colour match for me and sizing and I would love the missing claws replaced too!!!
All for a £25.00 ring, but I do love it!! Can you pm your address please Sasha.
Thank you both.

Ok Susan I’ve PMed you my address.
@SueTrevor I know I can get modern marcasites but you old ones might be a better match - if you want to track them down then I’m interested in them but if you can’t find them don’t worry, I’ve got a query in with someone else who deals with vintage stones and she might be able to help me out.

I’ll have a hunt, although when I say old, they are very old but unused. A relative gave them to me when her father’s jewellery and repair shop closed down. Now this was 40 or so years ago!

Thank you both, what ever is the best option.
It will be posted to you tomorrow, at least you could look and give me a quote, if it’s Sue stones which would me more in keeping or new.
Sasha is it possible to re-make marks around the centre stone if the silver is thick enough?
I think it was made abroad as it only had silver written inside, when I looked with the loupe.
Thank you Sue
