Hi Darren @notmanymade Yes you can use the Forum to promote your new listings - it tends to be looked at by other Folksy sellers, but of course we are just as much customers as the general public.
Rather than just saying I have “5 new items”, pop over to the Showcase category and do a post with a link back to your items themselves. There are loads of threads in Showcase and you can use any that are suitable for your makes. You can post in the Forum as often as you like but it’s best to spread them out over different days and different threads - you get a greater chance of someone spotting your item as it is bumped to the top of the showcase.
Copy anf paste the hyper link into
Scroll through the list of posts (or use the search function - just check the thread in in Showcase), find one you like and add a reply - use the big blue reply icon - the little reply arrows symbols on each comment are to that individual only.
Copy and paste your item’s hyperlink into the reply box and press return - it will initially show as the link, but should show in a neat box in your actual reply. Here is an example from your shop.
Depending on the actual thread, you will see people sometimes add extra photos and short text - if you have a look at the other comments you will get a sense of what tends to be the norm.

You can always set up a new thread if you can’t find any. But it’s helpful to phrase it so others can join in and you showcase together.
