Thank you for your advice much appreciated I am a plus account member :slight_smile: Although as you may be able to tell from my delay in replies I haven’t put much into Folksy yet, so haven’t had any success with sales. Definitely need to put my all into it.

Thank you so much for all of your help. I decided the plus account would be better for me. I need to invest a lot of time in Folksy though as it is still all new to me. Love the fact its a UK platform for handmade so really want to give it my all. :heartpulse:

I am unsure what an ig link is, at a guess it’s something to do with my website.
I have not continued with my website as the provider go daddy has got silly on charges.
So I now have to look for another provider.
Most annoying.

@Cutlerysculpture IG = Instagram. But I have found you on Instagram under your name rather than cutlery sculptures, so you might consider having a ‘business’ instagram page to make it easier for people to discover you :slight_smile:

Ah yep, I meant Instagram! The Instagram link on your shop front doesn’t work - just brings up an error page. In your dashboard, under shop appearance - just have a check at what format you’ve entered into the box
