Do these new requirements include handmade greeting cards.I am reading about it but a bit confused!

As far as I understand it the new UKCA mark replaces the CE mark now that we’re no longer in the EU. So if your products didn’t require a CE mark they won’t require a UKCA one either. It mostly applies to toys but I admit it’s not my area so I hope some toy sellers will chime in here with more information!

As far as I can tell I think most of us as artists and crafters will not need to do anything. The new legislation seems to apply only if items are likely to fall into categories’ like toys or food etc. - for instance a painted toy intended for a young child might be licked or chewed so would need the new UKCA mark.
