Afternoon all. Bloomin’ 'eck, where has the day gone? I’ve been busy all day, but not quite sure what I’ve been up to. Anyway, I have to run to the post box with Sue’s order and to Tesco to get a lemon as the one I bout on Friday has already turned squishy and mouldy! I was going to make the Christmas cake today, but it will have to be tomorrow now. I have started to reduce some more things (more later) but here is a couple of things to whet your appetite…
It’s good to hear that the girls home from uni are happy and confident. On Saturday we skyped my son for the first time since he went away, it was so lovely to see and hear him, and to know that he too is happy (:

All pinned and tweeted - just opened by back door and there sitting by the door was a lovely big hedgehog - he seemed well enough and ran up onto the lawn and was scuttling about in the leaves - there are plenty of worms and slugs still about but he does like a few scraps of cat food occasionally - thought they had all gone to bed for the winter but obviously not - it’s a long time since we have seen one about in late October. night night - see you all in the morning - Maureen
I’m home alone tonight no kids no husband and only 1 cat! First time in 9 years that theres only me feels odd!

I hope they survive.
