This is such an interesting thread. I too go into panic mode when I get an order. Lol…
Firstly I worry and hope and pray they love it when they receive it. Then I go into a hot sweat thinking the parcel will get lost in the post. Most of my items are one offs so I would really struggle to create the same piece twice.
Its tricky when a customer cant leave feedback if they haven’t registered. I always think if I’ve not heard anything back in a while then the goods must have arrived safely and I try not to think the worst.

I agree its because we love what we make, and each little item we send out is like waving a child off to school for the first time. Our little babies going out in the big world lol :grin::grin::two_hearts:

Same here too! The thing I check over and over more than anything else is the actual address - and yet when the PO staff write out the Certificate of Posting I still panic I’ve got it wrong!

I’ve just found this thread and it did make me giggle, I am relieved to know that it’s not just me being totally ocd with everything. I once had to package an item 3 times, just to check it was actually inside the jiffy bag!
