my customer cant progress to payment any body else having problems? Waiting for more information from her before I contact folksy. Have offered to send a paypal invoice or to pay direct into my bank account
We haven’t had any other payment problems reported. I would recommend contacting Support who can look into it for you.
I’m a new customer and I’m trying to complete a payment using PayPal and I can’t get further than paying for the item and then … nothing. I don’t get returned to the main Folksy site. Don’t know whether I’ve paid or not - and I tried twice so I may have paid twice. Time 4.30 on Oct 4th.
@teresalittle1 I’m so sorry that you are having problems with paypal. If you have a paypal account I recommend logging in as that should show if you have sent the payment twice or not (if you have the seller will be able to refund one of them), I’d also drop the team at folksy an email (support@folksy.com) with all the details so that they can look into it - it might be that the paypal server is overloaded at the moment. I would also use the message seller button that is on the listing for the item you are trying to buy and let them know that you are having issues so that they can put the item aside for you until the payment issues are solved or send you a paypal invoice.
