Paypal - changing primary email address

I have searched the paypal help but can’t find an answer to this and I am sure some other shop keepers will know…

If I change my primary email address from addressA to addressB does addressB then become the one that all notifications are sent AND that I use to log on to paypal from then on? Has anyone had any problems doing this?

I did it with my paypal when I changed my email address, It was really easy and everything just changed over with it, so all my notification of payments etc go to the new one.

Thanks Donna,

So if I sign into paypal as usual with addressA then change the primary to addressB then logout, then the next time I login I will need to use addressB and my usual password. Is that the way it goes?
