Thanks Sasha, managing to pin from Chrome now but not Safari! Most odd! 
I have had this problem on Safari for a couple of days now - tried to talk to Pinterest about it but they weren’t really much help - told me to pin via pinterest itself by pasting URL in - bit longwinded for me. Just hoping it will rectify itself soon.
Just discovered I can still pin using safari on my ipad
Me too since suddenly on Tuesday night
I use Chrome which isn’t working but just did one from my Android phone. Very odd.

Yes Roz, Pinterest has confirmed that this is a bug at their end that they are working to fix. We do not have a time frame but I hope it gets fixed soon. In addition I agree with your decision of not changing browsers, when we ask for it, it is just to discard some issue related to the browser. Sorry for the troubles!
