If someone has bought multiple items and I said I would discount the postage costs how do I do it? Thank you
A refund through Paypal is the usual way.
You would have to work out the postage and packaging and refund them through paypal. that’s what I used to do until I did the additional items postage in my shop.
It might be worth sorting out your postage in your shop for additional items so you don’t have to do the whole paypal refund again for future orders. : )
The easiest way is to fill in your ‘‘additional items’’ postage settings in your shop.
At the moment they are blank, meaning if a customer orders multiple items they will pay full postage on each, rather than a combined, reduced rate.
