The last item I sold arrived at 1st class speed, even tho it was posted as 2nd class!
The sale before that, took 10 days from York to Bath. Still erratic.
I have just had an e mail from the customer to say her parcel has now arrived so it took 6 business days from Cornwall to Glasgow 1st class Royal Mail large letter post.
Iāve just had a first class large letter take 14 days from Fife to Gloucestershire. Bonkersā¦ I really do think the Royal Mail are going to put themselves out of business with their erratic service. Iām sure Iām not alone in looking at alternativesā¦
Iām getting some large letters delivered the next day, but waiting for deliveries is getting me frustrated!
I now email my customers saying some parceled are taking up to three weeks to arrive and to be patient! I get many responses saying thanks for heads-up and it stops them panicking. You also create a rapport with your customer and the remember you next time!
How are people finding the deliveries (that go through London) now?
Not had much from that direction the west and south west are fine.
