My parcel within the UK was posted on April 5th and arrived yesterday 28th…so it took over 3 weeks !..not good when customers get upset and you worry about whether or not to refund.
I refunded my customer last week and told her that if it arrived to keep the extras. I lost out over it but would rather have a happy customer who might come back.
