Hi… I am having a problem adding a new listing …‘1 error needs fixing’ item description contains the following invalid characters…

I have removed the" symbol…also lots of problems copying and pasting since last night , only solution has been to write all descriptions out manually… have 40 items to update today as have bought frames for all small work… copying and pasting across 5 sites so being slowed down considerably… does anyone have any ideas why or having similar issues… have notified Folksy
