Hi all,
Just wondered if you could assist I have one product which is a collaboration between my sister and I, it’s a hard enamel needle minder that she holds all the stock of. Is it allowed on Folksy for me to list said item and make clear that it would be dispatched via my sister, she has her own online shop but just doesn’t use any platforms like Folksy etc.
It’s always tricky with these things to know how many you’d sell so instead of having to potentially send stock back and forth to each other for sales with our shops we thought it makes more sense to keep it all located in one place to avoid unnecessary postage costs.
Would really appreciate your advice on this.
Best wishes,
Jess
It says on the sellers info no reselling so I would have said no. Plus not sure how that leaves the customer as buying from you but being posted from somewhere else. Best to email Folksy support.

You should ship your items within 3 working days of receiving cleared payment (unless otherwise stated on your listing - you can choose a period of 24 hours, 3 days (default), 5 days, 7 days, 14 days or 21 days). You must ship your items directly to your buyer. Drop-shipping (transferring order and shipping details to a third party/manufacturer who ships directly to the customer on your behalf) is not permitted.

Thanks for finding the info for me, really appreciate you going to the trouble
. I’ll just have to not list it for the mo then, unless I eventually get her to send me some for me to sell direct, shame as it’s my design but I think any extra postage at the moment is more trouble than it’s worth.
