Hi I am thinking of expanding to Folksy Plus if I transfer my Etsy Listings will they still remain on Etsy

Hi, yes you can list your items on both Folksy and Etsy at the same time. The two shops would be completely independent of each other so you would need to remember to delete the item of Etsy if you sell it on Folksy and delete it from Folksy if you sell it on Etsy. If you email support@folksy.com they would be able to give you information on how to transfer your etsy listings over (I think you need to download a csv file from etsy which they will upload to Folksy for you, you then need to tweak the listings and double check everything)
