Anyone been able to get this to work? I got my API code, but now I have an order and the information hasn’t copied over, and there’s no obvious way to make it happen.

When you look at the list of integrations you have set up in click and drop does the folksy api have a red or green icon next to it?
(edited to add: it needs to be green so if it isn’t click on the red icon and it will run its checks to make sure it’s linked and it should go green)
How do I get an API code, I use the RM app atm and not shown under settings.
Yes it is green and says connected.

Actually, it’s called the ‘Click & drop API’ not the Folksy API. Have I set up the wrong one? There were options for E* and NoTHS there but not one specifically for Folksy so I picked the Generic one.

Well I have tried and no where under settings does it display what is shown above. Will continue to use the app as normal, worked so far. I know would be easier but sorry have not got access to integration.
Keep getting access denied.
I suspect you might need to set it up on the desktop version rather than the app
Ah, no… I don’t have one called Folksy API.
But when I go to set up a new integration, I don’t see a Folksy option, did you?

Ok. I have deleted that one snd done it agsin. Now all green and connected.
But how do my orders get imported?
Should new orders just appear in the list when i open c&d?
The last one certainly didnt.
Your existing orders won’t appear - only new ones that arrive after you successfully connect (and put the API number in your shop settings).
That’s the case for the order which arrived yesterday, I set it up a week ago. So I should just log into C&D and it should be there? I don’t have to click a button to import it or anything?
Well, I’ll just have to wait for another order now!

Thanks so much @folksycontent for setting this up! I’ve just set it up on my click and drop account and added my API number, now just to await a sale to see if I’ve done it correctly xx
I’m not getting any options to do this. Am I missing something?
