RSS feed not working?

I’m trying to use my shop RSS feed to post to my social media but the feed appears to not be working?

The feed address I’m using is https://folksy.com/shops/Knittingtopia/rss
Can anyone help please? @Folksyadmin

(Just for clarity, I can set it up using my other shop RSS feed, it’s just the folksy feed not working)

I can’t even find the rss feed on my shop. I’m trying to link up instagram for shop tags but no go.

The RSS feed for your shop is actually a bit different now. It will be https://folksy.com/shops/YOURSHOPNAME.rss with a dot rather than a slash @JOYSofGLASS :slight_smile:

ie in your case it will be https://folksy.com/shops/madeleinemitchellrishton.rss
