Hello Folksy people
I would like to offer some of my items at a sale price for a limited period .I’ve looked at discount codes, but was hoping to just say something along the lines of 3 for 2 or maybe £2 off .Discounts are for different items ,is there an easy way to do this or am I being a little dense
Didn’t really want to be working out percentages to be honest .
Any help would be appreciated

There is no option for offering 3 for 2 automatically. You could create a specific listing offering 3 for two, you would still need to put a set price though and give clear instructions. Then the customer would have to write which items wants. e.g. 3 cards of the £2.75 range and set the price for £5.50 with a field for the client to write which ones they want, or maybe adding it as a note. Nothing would stop them writing a more expensive item though, or leaving the “note to seller” empty, which would probably lead to a cancellation.
Another thought is creating set bundles, or listings with set options, with a drop down menu, so they can chose from there. Cannot think of anything else at the moment 
The set discount of £2.00 you can easily do by going in each listing and adding your sale price. It would be for each item though, and not in the order total. If you would like to do it in the order total, then you would need to do it as a percentage through the discount codes, or refund it. I wouldn’t personally rely on someone saying “spend £25 and I will refund you £2.00”, but you never know 
Not too much of a choice I am afraid, but maybe someone else comes along with some better options

Now 3 for 2 that would be an interesting option to offer sellers. Currently that would not be workable. As said above, a reduction across your shop would be the best option.

I think so too. I often use the variation options to allow people to buy one print or a bundle, and the bundles are always a bit of a deal compared with buying prints individually, but it would be lovely to offer 3 for 2 or similar across different designs and ranges.
