Is there any way to search your own shop / easily work out which items which you have missed putting in a collection? I have 209 items in the shop but when I add up all listings in my the collections it comes to 204 … so I have somehow managed to list 5 items, forgetting to categorise them. Can’t for the life of me work out how to find these items without going into every single listing to see if they are categorised (if I can’t search within my own shop.) Any advice would be gratefully received

If you go to Dashboard, then Shopkeeping (under the heading Shop Settings), then collections it will come up with a list of what items you do have in each collection. Hopefully from that you can deduce which ones arent in the list.

I have just had to to exactly that. Trawl through everything to put in a collection that had previously been missed off.

Hmm. There used to be a nice clear list of all items with the collections shown against each one where you could select/deselect the collections and see which applied really easily. I can’t find it now so it must have gone when the new Collections tab was released.
There still is under shopkeeping but does not show the items uncategorised.

Sorry to hijack the thread but thought it would save setting up a new thread - when I try to use the search function for “all” items, I used to be able to see anything I had ever listed with the keyword of my choice but for a long time I haven’t been able to use the search function for “all”. This is all the comes up:
Any idea what I need to do to fix it? Does it work for everyone else?
