Hi can anyone please help ive gone on to my shop statistics for the last two days but its a blank page has anyone else had this problem or am i doing something wrong ? Thank you in advance x
There seem to be intermittent problems with the stats - I should drop support@folksy.com and email and they will look into it.
I have the same problem, but only on my phone, I just get a completely blank page, I get them on my lap top though, I did email Doug @dougfolksy and Camilla @folksycontent last week, but there only seemed to be such a few of us with this problem…

Uh ho. That’s not good. Could you email support if this is happening to your shop? Doug hurt his arm this weekend and can’t type any code today (his arm is all bandaged up) but hopefully he’ll be ok again tomorrow and can get on it.

This looks like a browser-related problem.
Could you let me know what you’re struggling to view the page on?
What would be really helpful would be:
- Device (phone, tablet, computer)
- Type of phone (iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, etc.) or computer (Windows, Mac, Linux, etc.)
- Operating system (Android, OSX, Windows, etc.)
- Operating system version
- Browser (Safari, Chrome, Opera, etc.)
- Browser version
Sorry that’s a lot of information to ask for but it helps me to try to find devices to test it on to find out what is going amiss.

Oh, in the meantime, stats pages are working in the latest versions of Chrome and Firefox, and should be fine in any modern, up-to-date browser – if it turns out they aren’t then I know where to start my investigations!

I can get it on Chrome on my Motorola Android phone, but not on my Mac…
