I keep clicking on my Shop Page and it brings me to the Folksy home page. Anyone else having this problem. (using my MacBook) @dougfolksy
My dashboard won’t load this morning (iPad)
I was getting redirected to the home page when I tried to click on a collection. But it seems to have resolved while I was typing!
I get into your page on the iMac and iPad but not displaying properly and so slow to load. Just yours so far as have been through all the daily challenges and no problems.
Actually, it’s still happening. just not every time. URL is my collection, page displayed is home page…
Edited to add I’m on a laptop with Windows 10 & using Chrome.
Yes I seem to be having several problems - stats won’t load, and I keep being returned to the Home Page, or asked to log in again and again, plus message saying page doesn’t exist.
Yeah that’s happened to me too! It also couldn’t save the ordering when I was in shopkeeping!
Mine is the same as well. I couldn’t look at my stats or variations for a listing when I clicked on view or edit variations also when I clicked on shop activity I was taken back to main page.
EDIT: Now I can’t add a listing to a post and the heart’s I put ontoother shops items are not showing up what on earth is going on this is putting me way back on my networking for the day.
All of these problems are wasting so much time, which I can’t afford to waste today @dougfolksy
Can’t load Stats page either.
I’ve dropped an email to support just to make sure they’re aware. Going to need to crack on so hopefully this is all sorted by the time I need to do my shop admin!
I can’t check my stats this morning but I can view my shop ok.
A customer has contacted me saying her basket empties every time she tries to check out! I’ve had problems viewing my shop (straight back to the homepage) and a basket brings up an error message!
I;m having similar problems. Stats page completely blank and site keeps dropping back to home page.
I’ve just forwarded to firstname.lastname@example.org the email my customer sent me when she tried but failed to buy the reserved piece I had made for her. Hopefully will be fixed asap. xx

Hello – I’m really sorry, some changes I pushed to our internal routing service were causing a few issues for around an hour or so. I’ve rolled those back, now, and am currently investigating why they caused problems and why my tests didn’t catch any of the problems before the code went live.
Again, my sincere apologies for that.
Thanks Doug. I’m sure my customer can wait a few minutes to order her cat. Just happened to coincide with my laptop having wifi problems and my desktop PC in process of backing out for 3rd time a Windows 10 security update which keeps screwing up my beloved Photo Viewer …One of those days. Happy Friday
