Hi all,hope you all are having a good start of the new year!
I have a question.When I list the item,last 2 or 3 tags disappear or they appear as half words.
I keep editing and correcting but in final listing problem persists.
Am I doing something wrong?

There is a maximum character limit spread over all the tags and it sounds like you are exceeding this so they are getting chopped off.

Shouldn’t there be a warning if the word limit is being exceeded?
I had the same thing happen to a few of my items too, didnt know about a character count as well as just the 15 tags, Thanks @Kalptaru for bringing it up, thought it was just me and my typing error and thank you Sasha @SashaGarrett xx
The word limit should be clearly stated.We are just left guessing.We find out only after listing the item.so back to editing again
Sorry I don’t know what the character limit is for either the main description or the tags, yes it would be nice to know when we’ve reached it rather than just discovering that the stuff we’ve been typing hasn’t registered.
I was looking for a guide stating the character limit as I have seen it detailed somewhere, didn’t find it but I did find this Character or space count for Tags – Folksy Support & Knowledge Base so you can give it your vote.
The character limit for tags is 255 (and 1500 for descriptions).

There is a limit of 255 characters (including commas) for each tag box. So if you have 15 tags, that’s 15 commas, which means you have 240 characters to play with.

Ooh yes, please vote - that was one of my suggestions! It drives me a bit potty if I’m honest - do the tags, publish the listing, sigh, go back in to edit the tags, publish the listing… arghh! 
I didn’t have any votes left that I could add but I’ve just found out how to redistribute my votes so I’ve now been able to add one. Hopefully it’ll also pick up some more.

Just read this, didnt knoe about the character limit. I found it useful and will no have to check all my tags… This may explain why my products despite being tagged with theme of the day often don’t appear in the guide? Annoying when ive purposefully checked my tags are relevant to the theme of the day and updated them.
