Have seen elsewhere that someone who sells (or has previously sold) here in Folksy is going around telling people that Folksy is owned and run by the same people that own Etsy. I always thought Folksy was independently owned and run. But I don’t want to contradict that person if there’s any chance she’s right!

Long answer: Etsy filings show no financial interest in Folksy.
