Has anyone else had stat issues the last two days? It’s reading 0 for two days but I’ve sold items and I know it’s not recording them? How do I report this to folksy? X

It seems to be a site issue; everyone’s having the same problem at the moment. The Folksy staff have been alerted to it by quite a few people on other threads, so it’s likely they’ll be working to fix the issue

Yep. Same here.
The stats issue will probably require Doug to reboot a server which I’m sure he will do when he gets to work first thing on Monday morning (that’s what’s happened in the past).

If you ever need to report something to Folksy, you can use the “contact support” link on this page - How can I contact Folksy? – Folksy Support & Knowledge Base (there’s a link to it at the bottom of every page on the main site), or email support@folksy.co.uk.
The Folksy team generally don’t work weekends, so messages/emails won’t be seen until Monday, but if it’s something really important (such as the site is down or something isn’t working that’s stopping you take orders) you can email urgent@folksy.co.uk.
If everyone is experiencing the same problem, everyone doesn’t have to report it to Folksy individually, just make sure that someone has.
Posts on the forums (even if the Folksy team have been tagged in) can easily be missed or not seen for days, so if it’s important, please make sure you email/use the contact form rather than just relying on forum posts.

The issue with stats is more than just the last few days showing Zero - the stats have been incorrect for at least the last 8-10 weeks and we are still waiting for @dougfolksy and crew to find out what the issue is.
