Morning everyone has anyone else apparently had no interaction in their shop again for the last 24 hours? Mine shows just zeroes. This is just one more little problem that is adding up to be a real pain.

There seem to be lots of glitches recently…

Yep zeros for me too. Happening a couple of times a week now…
I often wonder how much space is taken up on Folksy’s servers by shops that are no longer active.
For example, I searched for ‘Creations’ in shops. This came up with 1849 shops, but only 230 of these were stocked. It made me wonder if Folksy ever delete shops that are inactive for a long time to free up memory.

Ok, so I’m new to Folksy and today I noticed my stats hadn’t changed from the day before.
Having read this thread, I am just wondering if this is a usual occurrence and how do glitches get looked into?

I have emailed Support so they can get onto the case.
Oh Thank you Helen, thought it was just me- reassuring to know others experienced the same today. If it happens again, should we email support?

Happened to be today too. I found that if I used the custom setting to choose the days I wanted to see then the stats showed up fine
It does happen occasionally. If you email Support@folksy.com, they will get onto it sooner than if you wait for them to notice that there are posts on the forums about it. Normally doesn’t take the wonderful Doug very long to get his spanner out, or apply a kick in the correct place, or whatever is necessary!

Stats are now back up and running. We’re very sorry for any inconvenience caused. As always, if you spot anything like this please send us an email to support@folksy.co.uk so that we can fix it as soon as possible. We don’t always have time to check the forum so might miss something. Thanks!

Guess what… the stats aren’t working yet again for the last 24 hours, the last 30 days is OK. Do you know why this keeps happening @dougfolksy @clarefolksy?
Zeros for me too and I was updating my shop yesterday so there should be plenty there just from my own visits! Have you emailed support @OswestryJewels?
Glad it’s not just me…my sales don’t seem to be working either, despite candles selling well in other online shops

Hello – sorry, the stats get generated overnight but there was an older, unprocessed record that tripped the process up. I’ve fixed that, now, and have relaunched the job to generate the records that the stats page reads.
It usually takes about an hour to run.
