Sumup Card readers

That’s great to know thank you :slightly_smiling_face:

I think you might find SumUp is currently asking for 1.69% commission. I have a SumUp as a back up to my Square card reader. Square is quick with transfers, 1.75% commission and a good support system

Thank you :slightly_smiling_face:

A seller next to me at a recent craft fair could not get her Sumup reader to work at all. I have a Square Terminal so I don’t know how Sumup works and therefore unfortunately I couldn’t help her.

Thanks for that!

I think card readers can be flaky, have found using it with my iPhone internet never had it fail once. Had a problem in a hall when trying to use their internet but as soon as switched to my Sky one brilliant connection.

Thank you for that :grinning:

Once again, thanks for all the reviews and advice re card machines. After our first few customers elected to pay by cash, finally fired up the SumUp and found it very easy to use, taking payment by card and phone. Nobody wanted a receipt but could have sent them one by text or email.

Thanks for that :slightly_smiling_face:

It was very busy at our last fair of the year (Christmas fair). Used for both mine and my wifes stall. Taking over £300, cost just £5. Takings that would have been lost without our little friend (Sumup)
Merry Christmas to you all :santa::art:

Same here at a super company office fair last week, Mind you I also seem to have picked up Covid while I was there but there must be the price to pay for a super sales day.
Sumup is invaluable and also totally reliable. Merry Christmas to you too…
