A couple of the tags for twitter are #folksyfriday and #newonfolksy
I don’t do insta but you could start a thead for one asking everyone that does to leave their link or search the forum to see if there is already a thread. There have been lots of new shops joined that may have insta
@patchworkpetportraitsbyjobo, there are several ways of posting photos on the forums. Easiest way is to go to your listing, right click on the photo and click “copy image”. Then paste it in your forum post (just a straightforward copy and paste). To add the link URL, go to the little chain link symbol in your forum post and paste the URL in the box and click OK.
Thank you I shall practice this, I shall also try and link all of us together for a twitter post tomorrow too so @aamjewellery top tips would be greatly appreciated on how you did yours x (at least I think it was you)
@patchworkpetportraitsbyjobo There are a few ways you can do the collages. I use Canva on the laptop and the inshot app on my phone, both have free versions. The ads and prompts to upgrade are a bit annoying but just ignore them.
Just realising how little I know about Twitter - all I’ve done on it is post pictures and use it as a way to complain to big companies - to little effect. Good opportunity for me to learn more. Have followed everyone above. Good idea, thank you.
Morning Chris…I DO do twitter, although neglect it…I am not even sure what my link is but will get it and then if I can work out how to do it…I will follow you …and others , when I work it out x
Brenda @teabreaks, don’t forget to use hashtags on Twitter, they help people find your stuff so they can retweet (get you seen more) and follow you. I tend to use #folksy#newonfolksy (if appropriate), #art.
I have retweeted a couple of yours and added the hashtags.
