Good Morning Hope you all had a good weekend, I look forward to seeing all you art this week and chatting about all things Arty Hazel This is a new piece from me, painted onto Encausticbord, which is a solid panel 5 x 8 inches and has layers of wax giving a great effect … I’m calling this Sea Storm [image]

As for the acrylic retarder question by @paulsart, it’s not something I use all the time but when I do I just get whatever one is available at the time, I’ve used Galeria and Windsor & Newton, I’ve also used one from a local craft shop that I’d never heard of before, they were all ok and done what they said on the tin (bottle) Jan x

I’ve never bought acrylic retarder, my acrylics (liquitex heavy body and atelier interactive) seem to stay open long enough for me without retarding.

Paul, yes you can add photos, I added a link to the instructions further up the thread in my last post ‘Posting images that link to an item page’ . Have a read of them it’s really easy!

Basically when you start to type a post, you can see some icons just above the box you’re typing in. Click on the icon 7th from the left which says upload when you hover your cursor over it, and follow the instructions there.
