Thanks for the info Max, good that he’s improving but sad to hear how he is now. Hope he gets the equipment needed to get him home. Home is always the best place of all to be!
Max your challenge lighthouse is delightful! Fab staging too. Good to hear your Dad’s infection is gone now although I too am sorry to hear that he is so confused and gets upset when you leave. Fingers crossed for a prompt bed delivery.
Thanks all for the dancers love - they’re all finished now. I have a set in Brusho, a set in watercolour and a set in watersoluble wax. They’re all very colourful and unique, I can’t choose a fave set.
I’ll eat that yummy looking ice cream now thanks Hazel
Lovely lighthouse Max, might play with my artbars again this afternoon, after my nap of course!
Glad your Dad is improving, Max, and hope you get the bed soon. Your lighthouse is fab!
Delicious looking ice cream, Hazel!
Waving, Stephie, Margaret and Annelee!
I’m having an indulgent art and craft day today, painting, making cards and sewing - perfect!
Beautful Pam
Thank you, Max!
Vibrant and beautiful Pam!
I went into the garden to think about painting but then started tidying up and didn’t get round to doing any art at all!
I am enjoying these ACEO’s. Here is one I listed today.
An icecream created from hot wax hmmm, lol looks good enough to eat though.
@paperchainsandbeads Oh Max, that must be so difficult, I do hope that the bed gets sorted really soon. Love the lighthouse pendant.
Waves back @phoenixprojects love the colours in your orchids ACEO, the green against the purples is so effective.
Annelee xx
Love the fairy door Annelee!
I saw something on FB that inspired me to get my artbars out and paint poppies! It’s not finished yet, but I’m having fun and learning all the time
Love the fairy door @annysgifts Annelee but sadly you can’t call it an ACEO, it has to be 2.5 x 3.5 inches to qualify
Looking forward to seeing your poppies Margaret
Gorgeous orchids Pam. So many flowers on the real thing! I never have much luck with them.
Ahh, where would I be without you guys. A ripe old age and I can’t tell you how much I have learnt since joining these forums. I shall have to change the description to a mini painting.
Annelee I didn’t know the first thing about ACEOs until I joined folksy a couple of years ago and now I’ve painted and sold hundreds of them! The whole miniature world is kind of addictive isn’t it? Brenda @teabreaks has a lot to answer for lol
I didn’t spot that the fairy door wasn’t ACEO sized! I mustn’t have been paying attention!
Stephie, I did four poppy paintings with various degrees of success last night. Some were artbars, some were inktense and some ended up a mix of the two! I was just playing, but I did enjoy it.
Hello, I hope I am posting in the right place, not been in the forums for a while, thought I’d show my bearded dragon, he is a family pet and his name is Clingy! This print was created from my original colour pencil drawing. I took the photo myself x
Wow! That’s fantastic, Linda! I think the cockerel in your shop is amazing too!
Pam
Welcome to the art thread Linda! This is indeed the right place, love the dragon, just going to take a look around the rest of your shop.
wow I love the cockerel too, and I love that you offer not only the mounted print but the cockerel on a card and gift tag for those on tiny budgets!
The spider card gave me a funny turn though, I’m terrified of spiders!lol
Thank you Pam x
