Does anyone on here blog weekly? I think this has been asked before but a long time ago.
I blog at least once if not twice a week, new products, creative etc and have found that google picks up the images in search engines a lot quicker. If linked to your Folksy shop a good way to direct traffic, not forgetting to link your images as well.
Would be great to have a party on FT each week for those of us that blog if interested let me know. It is a commitment though but worth the extra 30 minutes trouble to do.

I haven’t done a blog. I started a newsletter for buyers to sign up to, but the up take is slow, perhaps a blog would be a better option. Not sure if I could manage once a week though, I never know what to put in my newsletters and they are monthly!
You can use a blog for may things Amy, such as the inspirational process for a creation. New products listed in your shop. I find that I get more hits through my blog than any other SM site. Using blogger means that google give priority to those images as they own blogger.
I will make a start on Friday for Folksy Friday Blog Day on here with links and hopefully we can get this moving.
The rules? must be about creating and handmade plus to visit the other blogs listed and comment. This drives traffic back to your own blog and helps promotions.
