What features would you most like to see on Folksy - as sellers?

It is very much a pain when emails aren’t received, and more so when it results in a lost sale which is damaging to any business. The previous Folksy messaging system may not have worked, but it may be worth trying again.

But as I said before, it’s only a suggestion.

I’ve just posted the below suggestion if anyone is interested in voting for it. I for one want to continue selling overseas wherever possible. International sales may be less frequent than those from the UK, but they do happen and one of my biggest sales this year was to Europe

I followed the threads about the new German packaging rules and initially dismissed it as surely not being relevant to small sellers. While I can’t claim to fully understand it, a recent sale to Germany prompted me to look into it further and best I can work out 1) the rules do seem to apply to us 2) it isn’t viable for most of us to even think about complying with them 3) there is potentially a big fine for non-compliance.

This creates a bit of a bind as it is currently not possible to exclude Germany (or any other country adopting similar rules) when selling to Europe via Folksy.
