Help please! I cannot upload photos into a new listing? I’ve been trying for days now and it’s getting really annoying. I just get an error message saying there was a problem.

Have you emailed admin with the error message you are geting

Even though you get the error message have you tried to ignore the message and continue uploading.
We have had the message a couple of times and ignored it and it still let’s you upload pics.
There was a thread about it a couple of weeks ago.

Clare @originalartbyclare check in your draft items for the photos. Quite often if this happens they are sitting there waiting for you to finish the listing!

Hello , have you tried another browser ? I had to change to Chrome … I used to use Safari for a couple of years , and suddenly I was unable to use it anymore , something to do with being out of date … hope this helps .
