Very confused - I was away last week so put my shop on holiday mode. I switched it back about 15 minutes ago, removed the holiday message from my shop announcement - and now it says my shop is empty! This hasn’t happened before, and everything is still listed as live - and yet my shop page says it’s empty.
Just checked for you and it’s showing as empty to me too. I think you might be best to drop a note to Folksy Support - given that there were some issues over the weekend, it could be to do with that?
It is quite common after taking the holiday mode off, had it myself. Though annoying, it will come back. But as it seems to be taking a bit too long, I would drop support a message just in case.
Thanks Mina - that’s interesting, last time I went on holiday mode it came back instantly, I guess it’s to do with all the recent updates etc. Refreshed after about an hour and it was still empty, but just done it again and it’s back. Phew!
When you first take your shop off holiday mode it can appear empty for a few minutes, as it needs to wait for our system to refresh to return the items to being buyable, but if it lasts longer than 10 minutes this isn’t normal.
Unfortunately one of our service providers is experiencing issues today, which is causing problems for a lot of websites, including Folksy (which is why some people may have noticed they couldn’t list/relist earlier).
Due to the timing of this and as your shop is now showing as fully stocked again, it’s likely this service disruption was the cause.
