i donā€™t know if this is helpful for anyone just starting to sell, but i just had a look back at my very first salesā€¦
i listed my first item in april 2010 (the first things iā€™d made), and had had my first ā€œproperā€ sale (like, to stranger) in july.

it wasnā€™t until the october that i started getting regular sales, and it wasnā€™t until i was making often that i really refined what i was making. getting better at the technical side of things, and knowing what will sell is a long and ongoing work in progress! :smile:

Well done Fiona. You deserve every bit of your success. Your shop is gorgeous and the zombies are beautifully made. I love the photography too - excellent! In fact I think some of the photos could be sold as prints - they would look great.

sometimes i let the zombies take selfies and include little prints with the sale - but i really must get organisedā€¦ in 2016. possibly.
