A question from a newbie

Hi
Sorry if this is in the wrong place or two stupid questions but can someone tell me…
when you list a new item in your shop.. I see it goes to the bottom of the page… is this the way it always is or is there somewhere you can change it so new items show up first at the top???
the catagories… is there any place you can click to chose the image that shows on the top of your page in catagory box? ie if you felt you wanted to show your strongest image in that box is there somewhere you can do that??
please excuse spelling I am dyslexic…

You go to shopkeeping on your dashboard, find the listing and you will see ‘move to top’ press on that and it will take your last listing to the top.

Thank you so much… been very very ill. I sell fine art work in galleries but for illustration work I cant do fairs anymore… so this is a serious thing for me… hope this time around it works!! Thanks for help xxx

Welcome, Morag. You can also drag items up and down in the shopkeeping area. So if you want a particular item in your main category photo, that needs to be the top item of all those in that category. It does get complicated when you have items in more than one category… and it is a bit fiddly, but it gives a bit of flexibility. All the best with your shop :smiley:

Thank you everyone…another question tho…
i went to shop keeping and page was blank… it said it was working on it and to come back in a few min’s but hours later same situation… so still cant move anything around… is it normal for it to take time for this page to appear??

Hmm not sure about the blank thing, it should be instant, is it still like it now?

hi yes it is… do I need to speka to someone about it?
