I think this has been done but we have been asked on a couple of occasions to do this - thankfully not of late. A bit heavy-handed but apparently others have been asked the same.

What staggers me is why they can’t ask you for the information while the account still is active? Why do they have to restrict it? It creates so much extra anxiety for small business.

Still trying to get to grips with square, the product photos don’t load properly on the app which is disappointing… Still trying to figure out why xx

I don’t use the app, I do everything via a web browser. You might find it easier to use a web browser so give that a go. I’m happy to help if you need it.
