You only have 2 items in your shop so hard to comment, however.
People buy from people fill out your About section.
Your wish key charm, how long, size of bead needs to be added to the description. You have to describe in detail as if explaining to someone who is blind. Remember they can only see your images not touch the item.
Your cords again are unclear what is for sale, is it the set if four for £1.50. If different lengths you need separate listings or use the variations tab. Again length details needed.
In your inspiration you are talking in the plural, again not clear, if just you say I not we.
Your tags need more such as the key charm, add key charm to the tag.
You mention gift wrapped, how is it gift wrapped what do you use.
