CALL OUT! We need footage for one of our Christmas campaigns of you making something by hand, and then wrapping up that same gift for Christmas. We only need to see your hands!

We only need a minute or two of video in total, and we can edit it so you don’t need to worry about sound etc. There’s an example below of the kind of thing we’re looking for in the Folksy Clubhouse Facebook Group. All footage needs to be:

  • really good quality

  • filmed in horizontal/landscape mode - 16:9 aspect

  • filmed at 1080p (1920×1080 pixels, also known as Full HD or high/best quality)

  • camera phone footage should be fine if high enough quality

The deadline is next Wednesday 28 October. It’s very short notice because our plans have been scuppered by Tier 3 Covid restrictions!

Could you please send them to community@folksy.co.uk by WeTransfer (which is free) or share them in a Google Drive.

I’ve filmed stuff today. Going to have a coffee and then try to put it together. I hope it’s good enough :crossed_fingers:

I understand you have deadlines, but I (and I suspect many others) haven’t been able to produce anything due to it being the school holidays. Any chance of a week’s extension?!

I’m going to be putting the video together early next week so you can always send something over, but I can’t guarantee I can include it, sorry!
