After knocking my iron onto the ceramic floor and bending the tip yesterday, I’m on the lookout for a new one…
Although I do want a good steam iron, almost more important is that it’s a great dry iron that can cope with lots of pressing for when I’m sewing and particularly interfacing. My current one is a Tefal Ultimate Pure, which has fantastic steam and built in anti calc whatsists - it is a brilliant steam iron but frankly a bit pants as a pressing iron - just doesn’t always get hot enough.
I’m also open to a non-steam iron to use just for pressing as a 2nd. My budget is up to £100, but less would be much better! 
Any recommendations?
