Hi I can’t upload photos. I’m trying from an iPhone. Before when I’ve had this problem I’ve screenshot the original s to make it a smaller file size then cropped it. Now that’s not working either.
What do I do? Is anyone else getting photos not allowed trying to list items?
I’ve just tried on android which is working fine.

I’m using the website. I’ve found it uploads photos only if I add them before filling in any info. It’s been quite frustrating.
Just tried in my iPhone, iPad and iMac load fine.
What are your photos saving as? Are they jog or heic?
