Hi, just wondering if anyone else is unable to add photos to a new listings today. When I click on ‘add photo’ all that comes up is ‘file not found’. I went onto Facebook and added photos with no problems to check if it was my computer playing up.
Any suggestions gratefully received
What type of file are you trying to upload? I’ve just uploaded jpg without any problems.

I usually add them from my icloud via windows file explorer without any problems, been using this method since joining Folksy.

Have worked out the problem - just got a replacement phone, the old iphone 6s uses the jpeg format, my refurbished iphone SE 2020 uses the HEIC format.
Fortunately there are free converters available.
