Anyone else having this problem when trying to re-list?
I have this problem every couple of days when re listing everything wile on my way to the day job i honestly thorght it was normall
I have just gone in again and it has listed it and charged me twice! @folksycontentwho do I write to about this please?
email support@folksy.com you might not get a response until Tuesday though due to all the bank holidays
(if you have something else to list you always have the option of changing the duplicate listing rather than getting a refund on the listing fee)
If you do get this message it’s generally best to wait a minute and then refresh the listings page, because often it shows up even when the item has listed/relisted, it’s just the site being a bit slow, so it’s best to double check if it has gone through before attempting again.
If it hasn’t gone through I normally wait 5 minutes for the site to sort itself out and then try again. That’s often enough to avoid getting the message a second time.
So i messaged folksy about the eror message coming up every coupple days when i re list and im not 100% sure i got anything usefull so i think its just on us to work it out and hope for the best
